OHSU Users

  • Login is by OHSU username and password.
  • The Forgot Your Password link is not for OHSU users. REDCap Administrators cannot reset an OHSU password.
  • Users not on OHSU's campus network, or connected remotely via VPN will complete login by two factor authentication.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Prompt for 2FA

  • Upon entering username and password, the prompt for 2FA will provide a choice of Duo (recommended) or email.
  • Check the box to reduce the amount of times the prompt will appear in a 24 hour period.

Duo

    • Follow the prompt from Duo on your mobile device to approve the connection.

Email

  • Check your email for a verification code.



Non-OHSU Users

  • Login is email address and REDCap password followed by 2 factor authentication.
  • 2 factor authentication must be completed by email.
  • Duo is not available to non-OHSU users.
